Amsterdam NY Alert: The Town of Amsterdam will be paving Country Ridge Drive on Tuesday, September 8th and Wednesday, September 9th. Residents on Country Ridge Drive are asked to place garbage and recycling carts at the curb on Monday evening, September 7th, so County Waste can complete collection before paving preparation begins. Please note: There is NO change to garbage collection due to Labor Day. All residents should place their carts at the curb the evening before their regularly scheduled collection day.
