Amsterdam NY Alert: Town of Amsterdam garbage and recycling collection DELAY, Tuesday Dec. 30. Today’s (Tuesday) collection will take place on Wednesday and Thursday’s collection will take place on Friday. Please have your carts curbside the evening before.
*New Year’s Holiday – Thursday collection will be on Friday – Due to New Year’s Holiday, garbage & recycling collection normally scheduled for Thursday will be on Friday. Place the carts out the evening before your collection.
